Some top business schools have over 10 Entrepreneurs-in-Residence focusing on different industry sectors.
Entrepreneurs-in-Residence programs may also connect students and graduates with business angels, mentors, VC and other player in the wider investor community.
Usually the entrepreneurs are available for one-on-one meetings to advice on start-up issues. Meetings that usually last around an hour and have to be pre-booked.
They are also hold regular on-campus speaking engagements to share their own experiences.
Entrepreneurs-in-Residence programs have primarily been established at the top US and UK Business Schools.
