Perhaps the word Mini MBA may even devaluate the MBA degree.
Most Mini MBA offer some training in key subjects that are usually covered in an MBA, but only cover some basics and do often not last longer than a few days.
Fees of a Mini MBA can be high. Often there is no exam and just attendance is required. Taking into account that there are many free business courses on offer online the value of a costly Mini MBA may be questionable. Some of the free online business courses are offered by top Business Schools.

For individuals without any business background one of the biggest challenges is which subjects to choose.
