California State University, Northridge

At California State University, Northridge’s College of Business and Economics our programs are designed for professionals who are seeking a way to enhance their careers. The evening MBA program was created to satisfy the needs of the working professional adult and is constantly being assessed to adapt to the ever changing business environment. New programs are being added on a continuing basis to address emerging business areas. Recent new programs include a University Certificate in the Fundamentals of Business Administration and a M.S. in Taxation. Our programs combine academic rigor with real world relevance in order to develop leaders with an in-depth understanding of business strategy, collaborative teamwork, leadership, and the skills and ethical framework to practice principled business decision making. The cornerstone of experiential learning in our MBA program is the Field Study project. This course enables students to deliver professional level consulting services to organizations throughout the area. Projects are integrative (e.g. business planning, and new product development and planning) and conducted by a small group of graduating students working under the guidance of a faculty member. If you are looking for an opportunity to improve your company or your career we can help you accomplish your goals.
