Each content provider and PR agency has agreed to the following terms and conditions.

This agreement is to be read in conjunction with MBA Spectrum's General Terms and Conditions as advertised on MBA Spectrum's web site.  

The content provider or its agent agrees that any information supplied in the submission is true, legal, honest, complete and accurate; that the content provider or agent is the owner of or is authorized to use the content of the submission. For content, which contain the name or picture of persons, the content provider or its agent has obtained the authority of such person to use the name or picture. The content provider or its agent agrees not submit or otherwise publish through this web site any information or material which breaches any contract or infringes any copyright, trademark, logos or any other personal or intellectual property or other right of any entity or person; is in breach of or violates any law in any country, or advocates any illegal activity. 

The content provider or its agent shall indemnify MBA Spectrum against any loss, liability, damage and expense of any nature (including legal fees) arising out of the content provider's or its agent's breach of this Clause. 

The content provider grants MBA Spectrum, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and its successors a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, non-revocable license under its copyrights or other intellectual property rights, if any, to use, distribute, display, reproduce such advertisements.

MBA Spectrum may shorten the information provided. MBA Spectrum will not be held liable for any loss of photographs, copy, artwork or any other materials provided. 

MBA Spectrum shall not be liable for any errors in content or omissions. 

Publication date is mentioned for the purpose of information only. MBA Spectrum shall not be liable for its failure to perform hereunder due to any contingency beyond its reasonable control, including accidents, labor disputes or shortages, acts of God, fires, floods, wars, sabotage, government laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, inability to obtain material, and any other similar or different contingency.

MBA Spectrum reserves the right, for whatever reason, not to include any press release, news item, white paper or any other submission on the Site, nor will it be obliged to enter into correspondence regarding its decision. MBA Spectrum makes no warranty that the service will meet the objective, needs or requirements of the content provider or its agent, nor that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free. MBA Spectrum does not make any warranty or representation as to the use or the results that may be obtained from the use of the service. MBA Spectrum makes no warranty that defects in the software will be corrected or that this site or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from MBA Spectrum or through or from the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated therein. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall MBA Spectrum be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from the use or the inability to use the service, from the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service, or from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangibles.

MBA Spectrum reserves the right to make changes to this agreement at any time. MBA Spectrum also reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, without notice to you. You agree that MBA Spectrum shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or interruption, suspension or termination of the Service.

Nothing under these Terms and Conditions limits MBA Spectrum's liability for any fraudulent statement or for personal injury or death caused by MBA Spectrum's negligence. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.

This Agreement is subject to English law and any dispute resulting from this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
